Anna Rosnovsky was born into a musical family in St. Petersburg, Russia.
She studied violin in Moscow at the Tchaikovsky Academy of Music with Prof. Jankelevitch and Prof. Glesarova and completed her doctorate in Musicology under the guidance of Prof. Ginsburg.
